The eye protection has an all-round closed design and covers the entire eye area including the side radiation protection elements. These are made of the lead-free plastic compound “Trielle” and ensure continuous, seamless protection.
The MAVIG X-ray safety spectacles are among the lightest models in the range. The combination of a very light yet sturdy titanium frame and the unisex design with double bridge ensures a high level of comfort.
Thanks to the ergonomic shape, the glasses are particularly suitable for narrower heads. Super anti-reflective lenses support relaxed and fatigue-free vision in everyday working life.
The material used is PFC-free and complies with the Oeko-Tex® Standard 100.

The MAVIG X-ray safety spectacles have continuous, gap-free eye protection. The entire eye area and the radiation protection elements on the sides are made of the lead-free plastic compound “Trielle” and form an extended protection zone.
The design is also suitable for spectacle wearers and is highly skin-friendly and allergy-free thanks to the high-quality plastic material.

The BR125 X-ray safety spectacles are especially suitable for spectacle wearers. Thanks to their universal size, they can be worn comfortably over prescription glasses, but are also suitable for use on their own.
Optimum radiation protection and a high level of wearing comfort are supported by the adaptable design. Soft-fitting temples, which can be adjusted in length in five stages, and an ergonomic nose pad ensure individual adjustment to the face geometry and a secure fit in everyday working life.
Unfortunately, optical corrections are not possible with this series.

Radiation protection visors
These visors were specially developed to protect medical personnel during radiological applications. They enable a significant reduction in radiation exposure for the eyes and for large parts of the field of vision.
The comfortable, replaceable and washable padding ensures a high level of comfort in everyday working life. Glasses can also be worn under the visors without any problems.
Thanks to a wide range of adjustment options, the visors can be optimally adapted to the individual face geometry. The material is PFC-free and complies with the Oeko-Tex® Standard 100.
Human eyes are particularly sensitive to ionizing radiation and should therefore be reliably protected. MAVIG visors have been specially developed for use in a medical environment and enable a significant reduction in radiation exposure for the lenses of the eyes and large parts of the facial skull.
Optical glasses can be worn comfortably under the visor without restricting the field of vision. Individually adjustable sizes and fits, together with the easily adjustable pivot mechanism, ensure comfortable adaptation to personal facial geometry.
The visors are made of bent lead acrylic with a lead equivalent of 0.10 mm Pb. Carefully selected materials support a skin-friendly application and minimize the risk of allergies. The design is certified in accordance with 89/686/EEC for category III personal protective equipment.
The models are available in two versions: The BRV500 offers full coverage up to the chin with a universal size and a weight of approx. 525 g. The BRV501 covers the area up to the cheekbones and has a nose cut-out with a weight of approx. 505 g. Both versions have a unisex design and a lead equivalent of 0.10 mm Pb.
Correction cuts are not possible for visors.
